FF Physio (online) Terms and Conditions (2023)

You hereby give consent for our online therapist to ask all necessary questions, and perform all necessary assessments to obtain the information required to provide possible diagnoses for your injury. You understand that this will be in accordance with their professional training and understanding of your injury.

You understand that the assessment and treatment of your injury is more effective with an in-person physiotherapist as opposed to an online physiotherapist. If you don’t gain the benefits you seek from online physiotherapy, you understand that you need to visit a physiotherapist clinic to further explore your individual problem.

You have the right to refuse intervention or seek a further opinion from other therapists.
The adverse risks associated with unsupervised prescribed exercise including soreness and stiffness, soft tissue injury, and other complications.
The risk of utilising online physiotherapy including mis-diagnosis, exercise prescription dificulties, delayed recovery, and other risks that would otherwise have been avoided by seeing a physical therapist in person.
The risk of complications is lowered by seeking in-person physiotherapy.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you give permission to representatives of Friendly Physio to exchange relevant information regarding injuries sustained and any significant past medical history to people deemed necessary.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and this information is only disclosed to necessary parties.
Where required by law or if necessary for debt collection reasons, your personal information will be disclosed.
Agreeing to the terms and conditions will mean you consent to us sending you emails with your exercises and other relevant information.
You also consent to sharing injury/health-related details over an online chat system which may be at risk of cyber security issues and/or hacking.

Friendly Physio representatives shall not be liable for, nor accept responsibility for any injury or damage sustained from the advice given or exercises prescribed by the online therapist or in any way whatsoever which does not arise from any negligent act or omission of the Friendly Physio representative.
